Logging in
Where your firm has set up SSO with Microsoft. Users set up within BrightWorkpapers are able to log in via their associated Microsoft 365 account
Simply click Sign in with Microsoft.
First time set up
- To enable SSO for your firm please contact support to provide the Microsoft tenant ID to be linked with BrightWorkpapers.
- The first user for your firm who accesses BrightWorkpapers SSO will need to allow SSO and see the below message box. (Once accepted the message will not show again)
Note: as of January 2026 Sign in with Microsoft is currently only available with BrightWorkpapers and not across other Bright Products.
Migrating from BrightWorkpapers login to BrightID
BrightID will soon become the only way to access BrightWorkpapers. If you currently use SSO with the BrightWorkpapers login, the below steps are to migrate your SSO to BrightID.
- On the BrightWorkpapers login page click “Sign in with Bright”.
- Then click “Sign in with Microsoft” (see logging in)
- If you are the first user of your firm to do this you will need to allow SSO (see first time set up)
